HOW IT ALL WORKS

We reward you for your everyday actions

  1. Sign up to rewards - Simply signing up will earn you points

  2. FlexiTog Newsletter - If you choose to join our mailing list for promotion, offers, and news you’ll be awarded additional points

  3. Product Purchases - As you buy your regular products online earn points – keep an eye out for special promos (double or triple point items)

  4. Product reviews - Complete an honest online review and earn points… most importantly be honest (your still earn points even if it’s a critical review)

  5. Refer a friend - As simple as it sounds refer a friend and share the points earned when they make their first purchase.

  6. Share by email of social - Email or share a product online from the on-page links


HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS

You can redeem your earned points through the Webstore in one of two ways


Redeem points at the website checkout.

  1. On the Payment section (once selecting your method of payment) scroll to the bottom of the page to then “Spend your Loyalty Reward Points”

  2. To spend all available points tick the checkbox - “Use all available loyalty reward points” then click the “Apply” button.

  3. To only use a specific number of points enter the number of points you wish to use in the blank box then press the apply button


Redeem points as a gift card

  1. Generate your gift card. Select My account tab. Click “overview”. On my accounts page select “loyalty rewards” in the menu. Next Select “Generate Gift card”. On the next page Enter the number of points you want to redeem. Enter an email address to send the certificate to. Click generate Gift card NB: These certificates are only valid for 30 days

  2. Redeeming a gift certificate on the website.

    1. When on the payment page in the checkout. Scroll down to just below the “ Spent your Loyalty Reward Points”

    2. You will see “Apply a Gift Certificate” select this

    3. Enter the Certificate code in the box

    4. Click Apply

  3. Redeeming a gift card via email orders or on the phone.

    1. Just quote your gift certificate code within your email or over the phone when placing your next order.


POINT ALLOCATION.

  • All Points are accumulated through purchases and user actions made online at flexitog.com

  • Points will only be applied to the customer account once payment for the goods has been made. Card/cash payments have points allocated upon completion of the transaction, business accounts will have points allocated upon payment of the related invoice(s). Should you return an item for a refund the points on your account will be adjusted accordingly.

  • All points are allocated to the customer/ company account.

  • NB: If a customer/company has multiple users all points earned through online purchases will roll up to the company account and not the individual.

  • The number of points allocated is based on two factors, Rewards™ member level* and individual items point value.

  • NB: these may change with promotion or special offers.

  • Points will remain on your account until you redeem them.

  • If points are converted to a gift card you have 30day to redeem the points after which they will become void.

  • Points do not have any monitory value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Points conversion value 1pt = 1p ( FlexiTog reserve the right to amend and adjust this value as we see fit).

  • Points can only be redeemed as part of a purchase. Points cannot be used to pay existing invoices or against any outstanding debt. All overdue monies must be settled before Reward points will be accepted as part payment for any transitions.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

The FlexiTog loyalty rewards scheme is subject to approval. Customers that have agreed price lists or part of a contractual pricing agreement are excluded from using the scheme. Flexitog holds the right to add or remove points from customers without prior notification. FlexiTog rewards points do not hold any monitory value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All points accumulated through online purchases will only be applied to your account once payment for the goods has been made. Card/ cash payments have points allocated upon completion of the transaction, business accounts will have points allocated upon payment of the related invoice(s). Should any goods be returned for a refund a point adjustment will be made on the customer’s account accordingly. All points will remain on your account until point of redemption. Once redeemed you have 30 days to spend your redeemed points. Reward Points can only be redeemed as part of a purchase, Points will not be accepted to pay existing invoices or against any outstanding debt. All overdue monies must be settled before any reward points can be used with a transitions. Redeemed points can only be used on the FlexiTog website unless these are exchanged for vouchers or goods available as part of the Rewards™ scheme. FlexiTog reserve the right to exclude or remove any customers from the scheme and to update, change or alter any aspects of this rewards scheme without prior notice or consent.
